Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return it within 30 days of the date you received it, for any reason. This is our standard return window and applies whether or not there is a quality issue.

How to start a return

Email info@casavellalife.com or call +17164648209 with your order number and the item you want to return. We will reply with return instructions. Please have the following ready: where and when you bought the product, proof of purchase, photos of the product, and a short note on why you are unhappy with it. You do not need to justify the return beyond that.

Return shipping and fees

Return shipping is free, and there is no restocking fee. We will provide a prepaid return label or arrange pickup where available. Send returns to: 1904 Holly Ridge Dr Apt 104, Mc Lean Virginia 22102, United States. Please use the packaging or a comparable box so the item arrives undamaged.

Condition of returned items

Items should be returned in reasonable condition, with any included accessories. Normal inspection and light use are fine. We may reduce a refund if an item is returned materially damaged or incomplete, and we will tell you before doing so.

Refunds

Once your return arrives, we inspect it and process the refund within 1–2 business days. The refund goes back to your original payment method. Banks and card issuers typically take 7–10 business days after processing to post the credit, and PayPal timing depends on your account. We will confirm by email or phone when the refund has been issued.

Exchanges

We do not run a separate exchange process. If you want a different item, return the original for a refund and place a new order.
